Engine rebuild services

Tidal Marine have undertaken engine reconditioning for numerous yachts across Europe. We are able to offer a full solution to extending the life of your existing unit which includes

  • Safe removal of the current engine from the vessel

  • Transportation to our workshop

  • Full strip down of the engine with NDT testing of the block, head and crank.

  • All internals replacement with OEM parts

  • Dyno testing

  • Full painting services

  • Reinstallation and alignment back into the vessel

  • All works backed up with full worldwide warranty

Tidal Marine have rebuilt a wide range of engines and generators over the past few years including Cummins, Onan and Perkins for Oyster, Swan and Southern Wind yachts. We hold a number of ready to go rebuilt engines and generators in stock.

Perkins 225ti - reconditioned by tidal marine

We currently have two fully reconditioned Perkins 225ti units in stock and available for sale. This unit was originally fitted into an Oyster 72. Tidal Marine were commissioned by Oyster Yachts Palma to replace the engine with a brand new Perkins M250C, the last unit Perkins had in stock before they discontinued their 6 cylinder marine range. This 225ti has now had the full Tidal Marine treatment and is ready for installation. Contact us for more details on pricing.
